1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at www.nofusstaco.com, submitting a catering inquiry, booking our services, or communicating with us via phone, email, or SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who contacts or engages with NoFuss Taco LLC ("NoFuss Taco," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile catering company based in Middle Tennessee.

2. Services

NoFuss Taco provides mobile food truck catering, drop-off catering, full-service event catering, and office lunch programs throughout Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Our services include but are not limited to:

• On-site food truck service for corporate events, weddings, schools, and private parties
• Drop-off meal delivery for groups and offices
• Recurring office lunch catering programs
• Full-service staffed catering for upscale events

All service details, menu options, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are governed by a separate catering agreement or invoice provided at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Reservations

Inquiry & Quote

Submitting a catering request form or contacting us does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation (invoice or agreement) has been provided by NoFuss Taco.

Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be stated on your invoice. The remaining balance is due as specified in your catering agreement. We accept payment via methods disclosed at the time of booking. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Minimums

Our food truck service requires a minimum of 50 guests. Drop-off catering has defined minimums communicated at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our service minimums.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise stated in your catering agreement:

• 30+ days before event: Deposit is refundable minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
• 15–29 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be applied as a credit toward rescheduling.
• Less than 14 days before event: Deposit and any payments made are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion based on availability.
• Day-of cancellations: Full contract value may be charged.

NoFuss Taco reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of severe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule and will issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth event, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate headcount, event location, and event details at the time of booking
• Ensuring our truck has adequate access to the event site (space for parking, power if required, and a clear path to service area)
• Notifying us of any guest food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance — we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
• Ensuring permits or venue approvals required for our truck to operate at your location are obtained prior to the event

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

NoFuss Taco prepares food in an environment that handles common allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, soy, and various proteins. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs when notified in advance, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens. Clients assume responsibility for communicating restrictions to their guests and for any allergic reactions that occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and the NoFuss Taco brand identity are the property of NoFuss Taco LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoFuss Taco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of business.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a catering event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoFuss Taco LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
